DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Deliveries

All orders placed on SARAHLEVY are considered pre-orders. We operate with limited stock and produce pieces on demand in collaboration with our atelier. As a result, delivery times may take several weeks, depending on the item ordered.

You will be kept informed of the estimated delivery timeframe according to the model selected. If an item is already available in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you by email and the delivery time may be shortened accordingly.

Orders are dispatched via private carriers and are processed on business days only. Please note that orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

SARAHLEVY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, or errors attributable to the shipping carrier.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Complimentary shipping is offered by SARAHLEVY on orders over €250.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If you notice a defect within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at hello@sarahlevy.be to request a return or exchange. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
